A new season of Modern Foreign Language study visits to the Tyneside cinema began on the Thursday before half term as the Year 11 French class headed into town to watch the charming comedy Romantics Anonymous.
The screening of the film was followed by the boys working through a selection of challenging comprehension tasks based on the film. Particularly impressive was NSB’s joint description of the main character, which Lucas B then shared with the large assembled audience with confidence – bravo!
More visits are scheduled for GCSE and A level students over the next month.
