Senior School charity day

Thank you to boys and families who supported our Senior School charity day before half term.  We raised over £1,000 in support of the friends of St Joseph’s School for the Hearing Impaired, Makeni, Sierra Leone providing relief and support for victims of the Ebola crisis.  In addition, families’ generosity has provided over 50 Christmas boxes and a considerable amount of medical supplies that are now on their way to Makeni.

Particular thanks to Mrs Dacosta Evans and Oliver (Year 7); Mrs Davies (Year 8 parent); Mr Weir (Year 8 parent) and Newcastle PCT; and Mr Wilson (Year 10 parent) and Premier Healthcare and Hygiene ; and Oliver Holden (Year 13).
