Independent Schools Council

We are delighted that Newcastle School for Boys has been recognised by the Independent Schools Council (ISC) for creating sporting partnerships with two local state schools, sharing expertise on rugby and cricket coaching. 

On Monday Miss White represented the school at the Houses of Parliament for the launch of the ISC’s 2022 Celebrating Partnerships report.  The report highlights that contributing to and sharing with the local community is part of the charitable ethos and purpose of Independent Schools. 

Thank you to Mr Clark and the Games department for working so hard to make these partnerships such a success and enhancing the educational opportunities for children in local schools.
