Last week the Year 2 boys enjoyed a fantastic residential trip to Ford Castle in Northumberland. The boys spent the days learning lots of new skills, such as archery and fencing. They used team work to complete a very tricky assault course and a nightline – blindfolded. The boys enjoyed a lovely walk to the nearby Etal Castle, including a lovely little steam train journey part of the way back. The highlight of the three days for most boys was the zipwire, perched about 80 feet above a gorge! All the boys took part and were very brave. An all round super trip with a fantastic group of boys who were a credit to our school.
