Elmer and the jungle

Nursery have started a new topic about Elmer and the jungle, inspired by the books by the author David McKee.
 
When the boys returned to school on Tuesday, they were amazed to find that a jungle play area had grown over the holiday. They are able to dress up as either a jungle explorer or a jungle animal and can camp under the vines next to a campfire.
 
The boys have enjoyed listening to the Elmer stories and have also started to paint him and to make Elmer from a milk bottle.
