Year 1 discover Hawse End

Last weekend, boys of excellent character in Year 1 stayed at Hawse End in the Lake District. The intrepid explorers left on Friday morning dressed ready for action in their pirate suits and spent the day following clues to find the treasarrrgggh! On Saturday our resilient boys began the climb up Cat Bells and were lucky enough to spot Mr Tiggy-Winkle on the way up.

After helping him sort the washing before Mrs Tiggy-Winkle came home they scaled the top and saw the breath taking view. The boys returned home on Sunday afternoon, exhausted after a fabulous time away. A great team of boys who were a genuine pleasure to take away. Well done boys!
