Under 14 football v Walker

A superb match between the league’s two outstanding sides was played out this week.

Both teams contributed to a thrilling 5-5 draw, which was perhaps the fairest result as losing would have been harsh on both sides. Around six of the goals would not have looked out of place on Match of the Day’s Goal of the Month competition and it certainly took something special to beat NSB keeper Max M who was on stellar form.   NSB were 3-2 up at half time with two goals from Alex N and a good finish by James H. Oliver M was the second half hero with two excellent strikes from long range.
